00:00 Part of that deal, so okay, I am a CMU grad.
00:02 That's why I didn't go out and do this like a maniac.
00:05 Like I have a few Central Michigan apparels in my closet.
00:10 And so, and I did, I actually watched a part of the game
00:15 last night, just, it was Tuesday night, you know,
00:17 Maxson's on, I'm like, all right, cool.
00:18 Snowing, kind of a cool game, Central Northern Illinois.
00:21 I didn't realize until this morning that they asked
00:25 Jim McElwain about this and he referred to the guy
00:30 as sign stealer guy.
00:32 - Sign stealer guy.
00:34 - And I'm like, dude, how bad of a look is that
00:37 for McElwain and his program?
00:39 If it's Connor Stallions or not, it sure as hell
00:42 looks like him, I will say that.
00:45 Some other stuff seems weird about it.
00:47 - Can I say that the people that have tried to,
00:49 listen, I went into the team photo and I looked at
00:54 everybody that's on staff there and I've seen people
00:56 trying to suggest, oh, it's this guy.
00:58 I've even seen somebody try to suggest it's a black guy
01:01 on the roster.
01:02 I'm like, this is going too far.
01:04 Like to me, and I don't want it to be true.
01:08 I don't want it to be the case, but to me,
01:10 it looks an awful lot like Connor Stallions
01:13 wearing sunglasses and quite possibly a wig,
01:17 which takes the level of espionage to a whole nother level
01:22 as far as I'm concerned.
01:24 Anytime you bring wigs into the equation,
01:27 you're taking things to another level.
01:29 - Yeah, and the fact that McElwain at his press conference
01:33 couldn't just be like, oh, that's Tony.
01:34 He's right over, like, dude, this wasn't eight years ago.
01:38 This was earlier this season.
01:40 If you've seen the photos and you know what's being talked
01:42 about on every outlet everywhere, and you can't just be
01:45 like, no, that's our graduate assistant so-and-so,
01:48 or that's our assistant strength coach,
01:50 or that's our defensive, he had no answer.
01:52 He's like, yeah, we're looking into it
01:54 'cause it's kind of crazy.
01:55 - So here's- - I didn't realize,
01:58 I saw on Instagram today, the Stallions movie poster,
02:02 had no idea that it was you that made that.
02:04 - Oh yeah, the Netflix special, I wanna film it.
02:07 I wanna interview this guy.
02:08 I am just so intrigued, like everybody else,
02:13 I'm so intrigued by the whole mystery surrounding this thing.
02:21 And I do wanna talk about the Jim McElwain's press conference
02:25 because I thought that that was very telling
02:28 for a number of reasons.
02:29 Number one, a head coach at any level never wants to step
02:33 to the podium in front of the press and say,
02:35 I don't know what's going on.
02:37 I don't know who that is.
02:38 That's not a good look for Jim McElwain.
02:41 Number two, the fact that he saw the pictures
02:44 and couldn't identify pretty clearly who that was.
02:48 Now, granted, if it's a guest, I'm using my experience
02:52 as somebody who works down on the sidelines
02:53 pretty much every single weekend at these games.
02:55 I can tell you, you're issued a press pass,
02:58 they're very specific as to where you can't go
03:00 based on what that press pass says.
03:03 And somebody like me, if I were to stumble
03:05 on the Michigan sideline, it wouldn't take very long
03:07 for somebody to have their hands around my neck
03:09 dragging me out of there.
03:11 Now, is it possible that this person was a guest
03:15 of somebody and McElwain was unaware?
03:17 Possibly, but you can also see photos of this individual
03:20 clearly within, hanging around, shoulder to shoulder,
03:25 right in the vicinity of other people on the coaching staff.
03:29 I just find it very hard to believe that given
03:32 where he was, nobody looked at that guy and was like,
03:35 who the fuck is that?
03:36 Does anybody know who this guy is or how he got here?
03:39 It just seems strange to me.
03:41 I can understand how McElwain might not know who it is
03:44 because I don't believe he was standing up there lying.
03:46 I think he truly was like,
03:47 I don't know who the hell that guy is.
03:49 I don't know how he got there.
03:50 But somebody affiliated with Central Michigan
03:53 knows who that person is, knows how he got there.
03:56 And I think that's gonna be a really interesting aspect
03:59 of the story.
04:00 - And apparently, I haven't really seen
04:02 like a super clear image of it,
04:05 but somebody was saying that his shoes were like Nike's
04:09 with just tape on them to cover up the Nike sign.
04:12 I'm like.
04:13 - Couldn't have gone out and bought some Adidas.
04:15 - Right, didn't have a pair of shell toes
04:18 in the closet somewhere.
04:19 - Commit to the bit here.
04:21 Come on, we've already got an extensive budget for this.
04:23 You can't just go out and get yourself some Adidas.
04:26 - I feel like if you're going wig,
04:27 you could pull off some three stripe shoes.
04:30 - Not just wig, but presumably camcorder Ray-Bans
04:35 to film the sideline.
04:37 I mean, maybe that was where the budgetary cut
04:39 needed to come in.
04:40 It was like, it's either glasses or new shoes.
04:42 I need the glasses.
04:43 Like, think about it.
04:44 If you're Conor Stallions and you're trying to get some
04:46 intel down on the sideline,
04:48 you sure as hell can't be down there with your cell phone
04:50 filming the whole time.
04:51 So of course you've got to wear glasses at night
04:54 that are loaded with a camera inside of them.
04:56 It all makes, it's all so absolutely positively ridiculous
05:01 and it all makes perfect sense based on everything
05:07 we've heard and seen from this story
05:10 over the last two weeks.
05:11 The whole thing is completely ridiculous.
05:13 The whole thing start to finish is completely unbelievable.
05:16 And to cap it all off that Conor Stallions
05:19 on September 1st would be down on the central Michigan
05:22 sideline in a wig and a costume with a camcorder
05:27 in his glasses filming the Michigan state sideline.
05:31 It's just all so crazy that it seems like
05:33 it has to be true.
05:35 That.
05:36 (silence)
