Religious school teacher fined RM12,000 for conning two women into sex, porn on phone
A 33-year-old religious school teacher was fined a total of RM12,000 by the Magistrate's Court in Ayer Keroh for three offences of cheating two women into sex and in possession of pornographic images in his mobile phone.
The fine was imposed by Magistrate Sharda Shienha Mohd Suleiman after Ahmad Saifullah Abdul Khalid pleaded guilty to the three charges were read to him on Tuesday (Oct 10).

00:14 having sexual intercourse and for possessing pornographic images in his mobile phone.
00:21 Based on the charge sheet, the accused, Ahmad Saifullah Abdul Khalid, had fleeced two women
00:27 aged 19 and 33 by offering them loans totaling RM300 and RM2000 respectively.
00:35 The accused made the two women believe the loans existed before ruling them to have sex
00:41 with him at separate locations on March 21 and October 1.
00:47 The charges were framed under Section 417 of the Penal Code, which carries a maximum
00:53 jail term of five years or a fine of both if convicted.
00:58 Ahmad Saifullah was also accused of having seven pornographic materials stored in his
01:03 mobile phone at the Tafiq School in Melaka Tengah District on October 3.
01:09 The offence was framed under Section 292, Subsection A of the Penal Code, which carries
01:15 a maximum jail term of three years or a fine of both upon conviction.
01:21 Pleading for leniency, the accused, who was unrepresented, said he was supporting his
01:27 parents and two small children, adding that he also regretted his acts.
