00:11 platform TikTok before devising appropriate measures for the country.
00:16 He said he had received complaints from members of the public regarding the action.
00:22 At the same time, he highlighted that several large stores had also raised concerns regarding
00:26 price competition for products sold through the platform.
00:30 He said that since many Malaysians use TikTok shop to sell goods, he will ask the Communications
00:35 and Multimedia Commission and the Ministry to investigate the rationale behind the action
00:40 taken by the Indonesian government.
00:43 He said that TikTok should give an explanation because one of the reasons for Indonesia's
00:47 ban on TikTok shop is due to the issue of predatory pricing which is posing a threat
00:52 to local entrepreneurs in Indonesia.
