00:42 A cult of women, this is what Senator Risa Contiveros called the Socorro Bayanihan Services Organization in Surigao del Norte.

00:50 In her privileged speech, Contiveros believed that the group is abusing minors and forced them to marry.

00:58 The leader of this group is J. Renz Cilario, a.k.a. Sen. Aguila, who is being introduced as the new Jesus.

01:20 This is a harrowing story of rape, sexual violence, child abuse, forced marriage, perpetrated on minors by a cult in the municipality of Socorro, Surigao del Norte.

04:20 Hontiveros says that this group is powerful because of the money.

04:25 The organization collects half of the 4Ps, senior citizen pension, and other government aid that is given to their members.

04:35 They also received information that the cult is funded by illegal drugs and the organization is a human shield.

04:42 This cult is not a cult in the shadows of Surigao. They are the ones who have their influence in Manila and other parts of the country.

04:54 Their performing group, Omega de Salonera, won an international festival in Korea.

05:05 The reason why they were honored here in the Philippines.

05:11 Sen. Aguila herself, the rapist of children, the facilitator of child marriage,

05:20 is still standing in our Senate and is still taking pictures of our Senators.

05:29 Emil, Hontiveros said that this July, 8 children escaped and are now being cared for by the local government and DSWD.

05:40 But the problem is that these minors are being forced to return to the mountains using the influence and money of the group.
