00:30 was given an Electronic Benefit Transfer or EBT card.

00:34 This includes the load that can only be bought from the Kadiwa Store.

00:38 The food cost is up to P3,000 per month.

00:42 Ms. Maribik thought of a shopping list.

00:47 Why?

00:48 Because the price of rice has increased.

00:54 So I want to buy rice.

00:56 But it's not allowed.

00:58 According to the program's rules,

01:00 there is a limit to what can be bought from each food group or food type.

01:05 It's P1,500 for carbohydrates like rice,

01:10 P900 for protein like meat,

01:13 and P600 for vegetables and fruits.

01:17 I thought that the P3,000 that was given was for meat.

01:24 When I went there, I saw that it's for all.

01:30 So that when they prepare food at home,

01:34 the nutrition of the food they get is complete and balanced.
