ALMOND VANILLA CAKE

The cake is soft and has a nice color because it uses Sania Wheat Flour which doesn't need to be sifted because the flour is smooth, makes the dough easy to mix and the results of the cake rise perfectly

Make holidays, Christmas and also New Year cute and luxurious...
If you don't want to use almonds, you can substitute something else

Material:
5pcs Eggs
120-150gr Sugar
10gr Sp
100gr medium pro flour
15gr Cornstarch
10-20gr Milk powder
1 tsp Vanilla paste / essence / powder
100gr Margarine / melted butter

Homemade buttercream
250gr unsalted butter (can use 150gr white butter + 100gr margarine)
1-2sdm Vanilla paste / 1sdm Vanilla extract/ powder
120 White chocolate (melted)
120-150gr Condensed sweet



Cakenya lembut dan warnanya cakep karena pakai Tepung Terigu Sania yangg tidak perlu diayak karena tepungnya sudah halus membuat adonan mudah diaduk dan hasil kue mengembang sempurna

Buat hari raya, natal dan juga tahun baru cakep dan mewah...
Kalo ga mau pakai almond bisa ganti yang laiin

100gr Margarine / mentega leleh

Buttecream homemade
250gr Mentega tawar (bisa pakai 150gr Mentega putih + 100gr Margarine)
1-2sdm Vanilla pasta / 1sdm Vanilla extract/ bubuk
120 Coklat putih (lelehkan)
120-150gr Kental manis
