Monsoon has arrived, and so have we, with our monsoon special recipe, "Garlic Pav Bhajiya." It's a great evening snack with a cup of tea or coffee, especially during the monsoon or winter months. Introduction

Toasting of Pav
6 Pav
1 tbsp Melted Butter (for Pav)
1 tbsp Melted Butter
25-35 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
3 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tbsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves (crushed)
Salt (as per taste)
2 Onions (chopped)

Stuffing
Melted Butter (for Greasing)
Coriander & Mint Chutney
150 gms Cottage cheese (grated)
Coriander leaves (chopped)

Batter Preparation
1/2 cup Gram Flour
1/4 cup Rice Flour
20-25 Mint Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Carom Seeds (crushed)
Salt (as per taste)
Water (as required)

Frying
Oil (for frying)
