Gimbap is the Korean version of sushi roll, In this video, I make mini sushi rolls with bulgogi, which is a fusion of Japanese and Korean cuisine.
The rolls are made with Korean marinated BBQ Beef and mix with with sushi rice and Japanese dipping sauce. To give this delicious easy kimbap recipe a little flair, I whip up a delicious Spicy dipping sauce.
In order to make this , you'll need :
2 cups short grain rice
2 cups water
cucumber
1 carrot
2 eggs
beef bulgogi
soy sauce
sesame oil
nori sheets
rice seasoning :
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
Dipping sauce:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 tsp shichimi togarashi / you can use gochugaru
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp mustard
sesame seeds
