Preparation of Marinade
350 gms Chicken Mince
2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Chickpea Lentils (pre soaked)
1 tbsp Green Chillies (chopped)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Seed Powder
1 tsp Fennel Seed Powder
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Chickpea Flour
Salt (as required)
1 Whole Egg
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs

Preparation of Chutney
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
2 tbsp Chickpea Lentils (pre soaked)
1 tbsp Black Gram
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
2 tbsp Onion (chopped)
4 Garlic Cloves
1-inch Ginger (sliced)
1 Tomato (chopped)
1 tsp Green Chillies (chopped)
1 & 1/2 tbsp Mint Leaves
3 tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1/2 Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt (as required)

Tempering the Chutney
1 & 1/2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
Curry Leaves

Rolling the Vada Mixture
Oil (for greasing)
