Introduction
Rich North Indian gravy wherein succulent pieces of chicken are marinated and cooked in a tangy red chilli paste and Pickled onion slivers.

Murg Khatta Pyaz Ingredients -

For the Marination
½ kg Chicken
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Juice of ½ Lemon
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1½ tbsp Red Chilli Powder Paste
½ cup Yogurt
Salt (as per taste)

For the Gravy
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Onions (chopped)
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder Paste
1 cup Water
Salt (as per taste)
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder

Frying of Chicken
2 tbsp Oil
Marinated Chicken
5 Pickled Onions
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tsp Chaat Masala
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Pre-made Gravy
Water (as required)

For Garnish
Coriander Leaves
