Celtics add another point guard by signing Dennis Schroder to a one year for the $5.9 million taxpayer midlevel exception. Should the Celtics start Schroder, who has experience as a pass-first point guard, or start long-term Celtic, Marcus Smart? The Garden Report debates which is a better fit as a starter, and how the Celtics will use both players in their rotation.

Important to note, head coach Ime Udoka said he intends to put the ball in Marcus Smart's hands a lot more than last season. "He’s kind of asked for that and I think he’ll be a great facilitator as well.” Will this be the plan all season and will it work?
