Japanese tempura soba - hanami

Shichimi Togarashi is a traditional Japanese spice blend consisting of 7 aromatic spices. Its first ingredient is ground red chili pepper and the other 6 spices vary depending on the producer.

onion 90g - carrot 20g - Kale, or leaf cabbage 30g - tempura powder 70g - cooking oil - grated radish - chopped green onion - lime - Mentsuyu - soba (buckwheat noodles) - yuzu shichimi
