Xbox 360 heatsink defect - Microsoft's reasoning unveiled

In the crafting days of the Microsoft Xbox 360, the DVD drive had to be fit into the system. As a result of this, other parts of it had to be made smaller in order for everything to fit. Since that was so, Microsoft opted to make the heat sink a bit smaller in the Xbox 360.

The small heatsink is the reason for so many errors in the Xbox 360 like the red ring of death, 2 red rings, E74 error, and especially overheating. Microsoft sent out letters to Xbox 360 owners telling them the problem with the heatsink. Until then, a solution has to be found.

A cooling fan can be used, but that isn't to say that it will prevent the errors indefinitely, and it also can't help Xbox 360s that are already broke, right? I've been repairing Xbox 360s for quite some time now and my ORIGINAL guide is here to help anyone wanting to safely repair their Xbox 360 and keep it PERMANENTLY safe and fixed from the red ring of death, E7a error, overheating, graphic glitches, etc.
