WATCH: Bulacan-Pampanga Checkpoint

A police officer mans a checkpoint at the boundary of Bulacan and Pampanga on Monday, 22 March 2021 after the government placed the National Capital Region and the provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal under general community quarantine on Sunday night. Only essential travel will be allowed in the areas under GCQ.
