Calls for dignitaries not to attend Beijing Winter Olympics

Peter Irwin is from the 'No Rights. No Games' campaign, part of the Uyghur Human Rights Project. He told Tracey Holmes that they're not calling for a boycott of the games, but for foreign dignitaries not to attend official ceremonies.
