Up to 8 councils in NSW have no Liberal candidate for the upcoming local government elections after the party administration missed the nomination deadline.

00:00The party administration has let the candidates, the party members and the general public down.
00:21The rule of getting elected is actually nominated.
00:24And as we know, because of a monumental debacle, that hasn't happened in a number of local government areas here in New South Wales.
00:33I'm disappointed, indeed I'm furious, on behalf of those candidates who have missed out.
00:37There must be a proper review of the nomination process to establish the full facts.
00:55The big losers in this whole fiasco are the average voters and especially the people of Campbelltown who I've been very fortunate and lucky and privileged to represent.
01:08They've been robbed of a choice.
