4. Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) -1.5 Tsp
5. Salt (नमक) - 1 Tsp (adjust to taste)
6. Turmeric Powder (हल्दी) - 1 Tsp
7. Ginger Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) - 1.5 Tsp (Homemade)
8. Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1.5 to 2 Tsp
9. Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया) - ¼ Cup
10. Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च) - 5 Nos (Chopped)

1. Vegetable oil (For Tadka) - 2 TBsp
2. Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1 Tsp
