Last of the three Bent Press variations on what became Bent Press Sunday is the Squat Bent Press. The goal is like on the others: get the lifting arm straight as the Lat & Obliques of the other side pull the torso down to get the lifting arm vertical. YES, this one also provides quite a stretch and it feels great!! BTW, l am Hub Lifting because it seems less cumbersome than using a dumbbell. God Bless!!
