Kulthi Dal is known as Horse Gram Dal. Horse gram dal or Kulthi Dal recipe is a healthy recipe as it has rich amount of proteins, vitamins, and iron which help in reducing weight, cure Kidney Stone, Heart disease, asthma. Kulthi Dal is a perfect winter recipe it will keep you warm on a cold winter day.

Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
- 1 cup Horsegram Daal
- 3-4 cups Water
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt

- 2 tbsp Ghee
- Asafoetida
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Ginger - Garlic (chopped)
- 1 Green Chilli (chopped)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Tomato (grated)
- Salt
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Water

- 1 cup Red Lentils
- 3-4 cups Water
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt
