Cross Leg Side Bends 50lb, 80lb, 100lb

REALLY needed to open up that lower back, Quadratus Lumborum(QL) and Gluteus Medius. NOTHING beats the Cross Leg Side Bend!! I got to remember to 'pull all the way over'. In other words, don't just pull until I'm standing straight up but, KEEP PULLING over as far as I can. If you got some tightness....GIVE THESE A TRY!!
