AFGHANI BOTI
Beef undercut 1 kg
Oil ½ cup
Onion juice ¼ cup
Garlic juice ¼ cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Black pepper 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Fat as required
Method:
Mix beef with all ingredient in mixing bowl and left for marination for 4 to 6 hour and keep in fridge. Pierce beef cubes with fat. Cook on grill pan or coal.
Behari Pasanday:
Beef fillet s 1 kg
Oil ½ cup
Mustard oil ¼ cup
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chili paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Salt as required
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Coconut grated 1 tbsp
Green papaya paste 4 tbsp
Onion paste ½ cup
Tomato chopped ½ cup
Water as required
Method:
Apply green papaya paste on beef and left for 30 minute. Heat both oil in pan. Add ginger paste, garlic paste and green chilies cook for 1 to 2 minute. Add beef with all spices cook well. add tomatoes and onion paste mix well. after that left for simmer till meat is done. Add green coriander and ginger, serve.
