Ingredients:
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrot
Onion powder
Garlic, chopped
Salt
Brown Bread-crumbs

Method of preparation:
Steam the veggies till they tender and then mash them.
Add onion powder, garlic, salt, brow bread-crumbs and mix well.
Take a portion of the mixture and form nuggets of it.
Place them on a baking tray and bake it 200°C for 10-12 minutes.
Our Healthy Vegetable Nuggets are ready.
