Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp Oil
3 Onion, chopped
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Coriander seed powder
1 tsp Cumin seed powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
3/4 kg Chicken, marinated
Coriander leaves
1/2 tsp Butter
Chapati
2 Eggs
Frankie Masala
Butter
Green Chillies, chopped & soaked in vinegar
Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a vessel, add onion and saute them till they are nice and translucent.
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, saute it till the raw smell goes off.
Add coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and saute it for a minute.
Add marinated chicken, switch the flame to high and sear the chicken for 2 mins.
Reduce the flame, cover and cook it.
Add coriander, mix well and keep it aside.
Fry the chapati in butter.
In the same pan, add butter and pour egg and place the chapati on it.
Take it out on a plate, spread some onions, frankie masala, Green Chillies chopped & soaked in vinegar.
Put some chicken on one side and roll it.
Cover it with a foil and our frankie is ready.
