Ingredients:
5 tbsp Ghee
750 grams Chicken
250 grams Chicken, minced
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp Garlic paste
4-5 Onions, finely chopped
2 tsp Garam Masala powder (5 green cardamoms, 2 black cardamoms, 1 inch Cinnamon, 10 cloves, 15 black peppers)
4 Tomatoes, finely chopped
2 tbsp Chilli powder
2 tbsp Coriander seed powder
1 tsp Garam Masala powder
Salt to taste
1 cup Whipped Curd


Method of preparation:
Heat ghee in a vessel, add chicken and fry it on medium to high flame for 5 minutes.
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, fry them till the raw smell goes away.
Add onions, fry them for another 5 minutes.
Add garam masala & fry them for 2-3 minutes.
Now add the tomatoes and fry them for 5-7 minutes.
Add chilli powder, coriander seed powder, garam masala powder, salt & let it fry them for 5 minutes.
Now add whipped curd, mix it well and fry them all for 10 minutes.
Switch the flame to medium, cover it with a lid and cook it for 5 minutes till the chicken is completely done.
Our Desi Chicken Curry is ready to serve.
