Ingredients:
1 cup Ghee
2 cups Wheat Flour (roasted)
2 tbsp Semolina
1/4 cup Dry Coconut (desicated)
1/4 cup Almonds&Pistachios, chopped
1/8 cup Raisins
3-4 Cardamom pods, crushed
1 cup Powdered Sugar
Method of preparation:
Heat a pan, add ghee and allow it to heat on medium flame.
Add semolina, wheat flour, roast them till they are nice and golden brown.
Add coconut, mix well and transfer it to a bowl.
Allow the mixture to come down to room temperature.
Add almonds, pistachios, raisins, cardamom, sugar and mix them well with your fingers.
Take lemon sized balls of the mixture and convert them into ladoo's.
Our Pinni Ke Ladoo is ready.
