Chole Recipe - How To Cook Chole In A Pressure Cooker - Paryushan Special Recipe - Ruchi Bharani

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Dry Coconut
1 tsp Raw Mango powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/4 tsp Chat Masala
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Coriander & Cumin seed powder
Water as required
1 - 1/2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Cloves
1 Bay Leaf
3 cups Water
1/2 cup Chole, soaked
Salt to taste

Method of preparation:
Dry roast the coconut, remove it in a grinder, add raw mango powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chat masala, red chilli powder, coriander & cumin seed powder, dry grind it once.
Add water to make a paste.
In a pressure cooker, heat oil, add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaf, masala paste, and roast it.
Add water, chole, salt, give it a mix and pressure cook it for 5 whistles on low flame.
Let it cool down and our Chole is ready to serve.
