Ingredients:
Oil
1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
1 red capsicum (chopped)
1 yellow capsicum (chopped)
1 carrot (chopped)
1 cup cabbage
1 cup sweet corn (optional)
1 tbsp - Soy sauce
1 tbsp - vinegar
2 tbsp - tomato ketchup
1 tbsp - chili sauce
Method of preparation:
Heat a wok, add oil, ginger-garlic paste, red & yellow capsicum, carrot, cabbage, sweet corn.
Give them a toss.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, and chili sauce. Mix them well and add fried noodles.
Toss them well and your Chinese Bhel is ready to be served.
