The George Coleman Octet consisting of Bobby Watson on alto sax; George Coleman and Sal Nistico on tenor sax; Mario Rivera on baritone sax ; Danny Moore on trumpet and flugelhorn; Harold Mabern on piano; Clint Houston on bass and Billy Higgins on drums performing in the UK most probably in 1981.
Of all the members of this wonderful octet sadly only Coleman, Mabern and Watson are still with us, reason enough to cherish this rare document even more.
