The supposed Judge who 'overturned' the halt on refugees from countries infested with terrorists, may not be a competent judge at all. Donald Trump tweeted that this 'overturning' story is illegitimate, and we see here that he is right.
The prime job of any President, is to defend the United States and the rights of its citizens under the Constitution. That apparently is exactly what Trump is doing. Even appellate courts wouldn't have the prerogative to interfere with this duty - but the supposed judges who think they have, do not have real jurisdiction.
