Foreign Investment Trophy nominee UPS never fails to deliver

In 2016, the United Parcel Service (UPS) announced an investment of EUR 4 million in a new 6,000-m² distribution center in Lummen, Flanders. The facility will be a major addition to the American package delivery company’s 8 sites – including its European HQ – in Belgium and Flanders as a region.

The recent investment earned UPS a nomination for Foreign Investment of the Year at the Foreign Investment Trophy 2017 – hosted by Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT) on Feb. 21. Karl Haberkorn, Managing Director UPS Belgium & Luxembourg, invited FIT for a company tour to comment on the nomination.
