Cuba Continues Talks with EU, then US

The European Union and Cuba have started a new round of talks in Havana to normalize their relations after years of disagreements and sanctions. The issues on the agenda are trade, cooperation, political dialogue and human rights. Cuba will also meet with the United States on Friday to discuss the blockade and the future of the Guantanamo Bay Prison. teleSUR
