Denali's Height Revised Downward By 10 Feet

The Alaskan mountain Denali, recently restored to its original title by the federal government, has now had its official height downgraded.

The former Mount McKinley was recently restored to its original name of Denali. But now it's been slightly downgraded in size.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, Denali is now officially only 20,310 feet high—10 feet shorter than previously thought.

But not because Bill McKinley's ghost made off with the top of the mountain. The technology's just gotten better.
