On March 30th, the U.S. Coast Guard rescued nine stranded men off the coast of Gloucester, MA. After the tow lines broke, crew members had to jump from their vessel onto the rescue boats.

The vessel's engines were disabled and its sails were wrapped around the mast.

Seas reached as high as 10 feet during the dramatic rescue. 
All were rescued after the operation that lasted for many hours.  
A locator beacon was placed on the vessel in order to track and bring it back to the harbor.
