Harbaugh had been in a vehicle with Jim Minick - another member of the athletic staff at the University of Michigan. They were en route to an airport when they spotted the aftermath of the wreck.
The pair helped pull a 73-year-old woman out of the vehicle and administered first aid to the driver, who had been partially ejected from the SUV.
