US and Cuba agree on basing new relations on Vienna Convention

Following the morning session of the historic dialog taking place between Cuba and the United States, the heads of both delegations held a press conference in which they stated that the discussion have been positive, constructive, and respectful. Both parties agreed on basing the reestablishment of diplomatic relations and the reopening of their respective embassies on the Vienna Convention which establishes the principle of non-intervention in other countries' internal affairs. teleSUR
