Veg Fried Rice - फ्राइड राईस - Simple and Easy Vegetarian Rice Recipe

Fried Rice is one the most favourite and popular Chinese recipes. Learn how to make this simple and easy to cook quick homemade fried rice.

Ingredients:

तेल
1/4 शिमला मिर्च (बारीक कटी)
3 लहसुन (बारीक कटे)
1 हरी मिर्च (बीज निकाली और बारीक कटी)
1/4 cup हरी फली
1/4 cup गाजर
काली मिर्च
1 tsp व्हाइट विनेगर
1 tsp सोया सॉस
1 tbsp ग्रीन चिली सॉस
2 cup उबले हुए चावल
हरा प्याज
नमक

Method:

- Heat oil in a pan
- Add capsicum, garlic, green chilli, french beans, carrots and saute and stir fry the vegetables
- Add black pepper, white vinegar, soya sauce, green chilli sauce and mix everything well
- Add the boiled rice and toss everything together.
- Add salt, spring onions to it and mix well everything well
- Serve hot
