Costa Ricans reject country's system for bidding on public works

Various sectors in Costa Rica are criticizing the country's present system for bidding on public works projects which grants private companies contracts to build public highways. For example, Route 27 is still unfinished and it continues to cause deaths and landslides. teleSUR.
