Latest Bolivian vote tally confirms Morales' commanding lead

With 90% of the votes from last Sunday's Bolivian presidential elections officially tallied, incumbent Evo Morales' commanding lead has been reconfirmed. The latest tally puts Morales' vote at 59.8% followed by Samuel Doria with 25%. Results for legislative races are not yet available, but both senatorial and congressional seats are divided up on the basis of proportional representation according to the presidential vote. teleSUR
