Fishermen detained by Israel off the Gaza coast

While by and large the Gaza cease-fire has been respected, today the Israeli navy detained four Palestinian fisherman. Israel claims that they were outside the 6 nautical mile limit, but the Palestinians deny the charge. Meanwhile, Fatah and Hamas continue to publicly fight against taking responsibility for the reconstruction of Gaza. Noor Harazeen reports. teleSUR
