Soy sauce topokki & Gochujang topokki
Tteok is eaten as a substitute for rice in Korea. There are many kinds of tteak in Korea, and among them Topokki can be enjoyed by everyone.

Soy sauce and gochujang(red pepper paste) are the two most famous topokki in Korea and the two types of topokki have very different flavors depending on its sauce even though they both use tteok as the main ingredient.

Soy sauce topokki is spiced by soy sauce with lots of meet, vegetables, and egg. It was enjoyed by kings of the past, so it is called gungjung topokki(Royal Court Rice Pasta).

Gochujang topokki is spiced by spicy gochjang. Gochujang topokki, which is loved most by Koreans, is good for enjoying spicy foods.
