Kimchi-jim & Oisobagi
Kimchi has been one of the favorite foods of Koreans since ancient times. Kimchi is made by pickling Chinese cabbage in salt and seasoning it with all kinds of spices. Kimchi has a unique taste and comes in many varieties. Kimchi is rich in vitamins and lactobacilli, because it's also a fermented product, just like yogurt. Recent studies show that fermented Kimchi can also prevent cancer. That's why a growing number of people worldwide become the fans of kimchi.

This week, Paul Schenk will make two dishes using kimchi. First of all he'll make kimchi-jim. It's made with well-fermented kimchi and fork.
