This video first appeared on the "Top Hat And Buttered Popcorn" program that aired bimonthly on the Fairfax County (VA) cable television station, Channel 10. It was hosted by John Savers. This movie is based on a true story about a thoroughbred filly named Seabiscuit who took on the mighty racing stallions of her period and taught them "She can do it!" She was alleged to have heartened many of the hard-pressed Americans of the Great Depression. Seabiscuit may have been the essential reason America defeated the Axis Powers during WW2 (well, maybe that's a stretch).
