WILLARD (2003)

This video first appeared on the "Top Hat And Buttered Popcorn" program that aired bi-monthly on the Fairfax County (VA) cable television station, Channel 10. It was hosted by John Savers. This featured video was based on a novel entitled "Ratman's Notebook" which concerned an isolated young man who lived in a house with his mother. His house had a rodent problem. He planned to set traps to rid his basement of rats. However, unexpectedly, he discovered a rat that looked special. He kept it as a pet. He named it Socrates. This began an increasingly odd relationship. Other rats gathered. One was also special and was named Ben. The relationships got dicey in this Horror genre tale. It stars Crispin Glover. Glen Morgan directed the movie. Also appearing were Laura Harring and R. Lee Ermey.
