Here's hoping I don't prove to be an idiot and break like 50,000 rules :p I have a good feeling I will enjoy this challenge though :)

In this episode, we get our starter after I rant about 'bad parenting'... Seriously, surprised the trainer didn't get crushed by the moving van's contents :p

rules are below.

Gameplay Rules:

1. You can only use one Pokemon for the entire game.
2. You can choose any Pokemon EXCEPT Legendaries. I will provide you with a game hacker to change your starter to the Pokemon of your choice. [You may NOT touch the Rival's PKMN, give your Pokemon any items, or increase your Pokemon's level from 5]
3. You must start with the most basic evolution of your Pokemon. For example, if you want a Hounddoom, you have to start with a Houndour.
4. You can not buy any items from stores except the store in the Elite Four.
5. You can not replant any berries you pick.
6. You can only catch other Pokemon as HM slaves. They can not be used in battle and must be put in your PC box when not being used for travelling. They must not be in your party for any Gym battle.
7. You can not use ANY HMs on your main Pokemon.
8. You may only use ONE TM on your main Pokemon throughout the entire game.
9. Off screen leveling must be limited to 5 levels per episode. In that off screen leveling, you can only level on wild pokemon, no trainers.
10. Using the same Pokemon as someone else is allowed, but not recommended, as you'll end up pretty evenly matched point wise.
11. No using the day care for breeding or leveling.
12. All HM slaves must be caught, not bred.

7th Gym Special Rules:

1. You'd use an HM slave and let it die.
2. No attacking. Only stat changers that either effect the pokemon using it (self stat boosting) or effecting the stats of your main pokemon (ie tail whip directed at your main pokemon). So you want to kill it off quickly.
3. You can't level said HM slave
4. No helping your main Pokemon (ie no helping hand, no healing, etc)
5. No attacking the gym leaders' pokemon with anything

Recording/Uploading Rules:

1. Your episodes MUST be under 20 minutes. 19:59 is the absolute longest your vid can be
2. You can only use turbo IN BATTLE. You can not turbo through dialouge and you can not turbo around while walking. (I think I can handle this. I normally turbo on battles offscreen when training, so doing so onscreen is doable, just might be awkward for a bit :p )
3. Please do all wild pokemon level grinding off screen. I don't want to see it all -_-
4. You must upload and post your video as a video response before 11:59 EST on Tuesday night. If you don't know what time that is for you, look it up.
5. If you know beforehand that you may be late on ONE week, you can message me for an extention. If you do not ask for the extention, you will be disqualified.
6. You MUST show any time you black out. No editting out failed battles.

8. In the description, you must include a link to Star's channel.
