Let's Play Mega Man X2 - 4 - Many Deaths: Capsule Upgrades

A lot of dying will occur in this episode. While I am able to get a few Health Crystals, I am also able to get all of the Capsule upgrades right after gaining Wheel's Gator's Ability.

Air Dash Upgrade - In Overdrive Ostrich's level. Spin Wheel is needed to break down a blocked wall.

Double Shot X-Buster Upgrade - In Wheel Gator's level, either the Strike Chain weapon or the Air Dash Upgrade is needed in order to reach the area where the capsule is.

Item Tracker Helmet Upgrade - In Crystal Snail's level, it is quite easy to access as the only thing causing a hindrance are a few enemies.

Weapon Energy-Absorption Armor Upgrade - In Morph Moth's level, Spin Wheel is needed to break a hidden breakable wall/floor. The Item Tracker Helmet may be needed to identify where the area is if one doesn't know where it is beforehand.
