Ingredients:
1 & 1/8 cup melted Butter
1& 1/4 cup Milk
1/3 cup Water
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 & 1/8 cup Flour
1/6 cup Powdered Sugar
Method:
- In a bowl, pour the melted butter.
- Add milk, little water, pinch of salt, flour, powdered sugar, to the melted butter.
- Whisk everything well to make a smooth runny paste
- Heat a pan, and add little butter in the heated pan.
- Meanwhile add baking powder to the mixture and mix it well again
- Now put the mixture onto the heated pan in a way to give it a good round shape
- Add butter from the side of the mixture and bake it till its golden brown in color
- Flip it over and cook the other side as well
- Once both the sides are cooked well its ready to be served with honey, butter, jam or cream
