Egg Fried Rice

Recipe to prepare "Egg Fried Rice":

Ingredients:
1 tbsp refined oil
1 inch ginger, finely chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 bowl shredded cabbage
2 tbsp julienned capsicum
salt to taste
1 tsp soya sauce
1/4 tsp green chilli sauce
1 pinch blackpepper powder
1/4 tbsp vinegar
2 eggs
1 bowl cooked rice
1 cup finely chopped spring onion

Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add ginger and garlic; saute lightly.
Add cabbage; mix well and toss.
Add capsicum; toss well and stir.
Add salt, soya sauce and green chilli sauce; toss well.
Add blackpepper powder and vinegar; toss again.
Break 1 egg into the pan, and mix well.
Break in another egg, and mix again.
Add cooked rice; mix well and toss.
Add little salt and spring onion; mix again.
Put off the flame.
Egg Fried Rice is ready to serve.
