Saykoshta with Larry Love session number 10 in 2012. I put these videos out so some of my students that missed a couple of classes could review some of the basics and catch up with the others in the class. One of my classes helped me put the video together. We always encourage you to sign up for a class locally with a live instructor and don't rely on teachings from just a video for your training. These sessions will give you some of the basics but to really get into a Martial Art you need to spend hours and hours practicing and practicing the right way otherwise if you learn to do things wrong it would not help you in the long run.
