Larry Love session 9 Saykoshta / Seikoshta Karate 2012. These videos are intended to help some of my students that missed a couple of sessions and they wanted me to put these up so they could review. These classes are practical and not filled with exciting action so I can see that I am not receiving tons of comments and I understood that before I posted the videos although I hope you do find the material helpful. We always encourage you to take a local martial arts class in your area. Please do not think that by seeing the video once that you can do the techniques. Taking a live class will be much more effective. Check your local community school schedule as well.
