One man from Humble, Texas may have the best and possibly most embarrassing police photo yet. 35-year-old, Sean Carl Payne was arrested for public intoxication. Usually, one would expect to see glassy eyes, or maybe a goofy grin. But, Payne was reportedly so drunk, he had to have his head held up by a police officer, just for the few seconds it takes to snap a picture. The officer’s arm is clearly shown in the photo, with his hand planted in the middle on Payne’s forehead.
Payne doesn’t have the only awkward photo out there. Earlier this year, another Texas man defined the word irony. 47-year-old, Arlon Wayne Hough was arrested over a domestic occurrence involving his wife and a 22-caliber handgun. In his mug shot photo, Hough sports a T-shirt that boldly states “THIS is what a GREAT FATHER looks like”.
